Everyone for council

Right, the pack has always been that everyone decides the plot, everyone decides the contest, and what not. We've been a team.
However, with Agro gone and Claudius on EFA, there isn't anyone doing MOTM, Contests, COTM or accepting new bios and etc. So I think that the pack should all be allowed to accept bios and write announcements. Everyone should be a mod, at least until or if Agro returns. We just let one person, Claudius, run the pack. 

One: it isn't fair. She didn't up to run the pack. 
Two: With her gone, newbies and other tasks go ignored.


So yeah. I vote that everyone should be a mod right now.

I'm going to agree with this. In an ideal world, I would be able to comfortably manage running the two packs I currently run, but we don't live in an ideal world.

I can handle the day to day management etc, posting MotM and stuff (I'm only a couple of days late this month, which is impressive considering my track record), but I think that you guys can still have some moderation powers, like accepting bios and discussing and making decisions on the running of the site.

I also want to know what you guys want to do in the long run. Agro's been gone for three months, and that's quite a long time, and it makes me wonder how long it will take her to come back. It's kind of awkward, trying to run it without her, because we don't, quite rightly, want to make huge changes and decisions without her, since it's not our pack to do so. My main concern is whether or not the pack can grow and develop without her input. If we can keep the pack going for the time being, then that's good enough for now. I've tried emailing her, and talking to her on Skype, but nothing.

If you guys want, I can make a council area on the site, so we can create topics just for decision making and such.

I think the pack can still live without Agro. We have a nice little community. Just need more people to join. I say we don't make any huge changes unless something needs to be addressed.  I think that if Agro isn't back in a while, then that's the only time we change something. 

And nah. I don't think we need a council area. We can talk about things in the site suggestions and plot suggestions. 

But allowing us all to accept bio and help newbies is a plus for the pack. Helps us run it better. :3
